Joining the FCHS

If you would like to join the society, please email the Membership Secretary, Helen Fryer. email: [email protected] giving your name and address and a membership form will be sent to you.
We hold personal data on paper and computer. We will keep your data until the January following the expiry of your membership, so we can contact you to remind you that the membership is due/overdue for renewal. Your information will be removed from our membership list after this time if you have not paid for your renewal. You can request that your data be removed at any time.
We only use your information to contact you about the activities of the Society or other organisations which we think you may be interested in.
By returning this form you are acknowledging and accepting that we may hold and use your personal data in this way.
Please complete the form and our membership secretary will reply with Bank Details for your £5 annual membership. Your membership card will then be issued to you
